The Weber School provides tuition assistance
to eligible families on the basis of financial need and the availability of
funds. We make every effort to ensure that no qualified student is
prevented from attending The Weber School for financial reasons. Each request is
handled with respect, dignity and confidentiality.
Tuition Assistance
The
Weber School has made a strong commitment to students who want to
become a part of the Weber community.
New families
interested in applying for tuition assistance for the 2011-2012 school year need to complete the following steps.
Step 1: Complete the online application by clicking www.factstuitionaid.com
Step 2: Download and complete the supplemental tuition assistance form.
All materials must be completed and submitted by Friday, February 4, 2011.
FACTS
will evaluate your application when all of the items listed below have been received.
1. A completed online application .
2. $20 application fee.
3. Copies of
your 2009 or 2010 tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.( Schedules
C. C-EZ (Form 1040), E (Form 1040), F (Form 1040), K-1, Form 1041, 1065,
1120S, 4562, 8825 where requested)
4. Copies of
your 2010 W-2 form for both you and your spouse.
5. Copies of
supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support,
Food Stamps, Workers' Compensation, and TANF.
Requested
copies of your tax information may be faxed to 1-866-315-9264 or mailed with the application fee to Facts Grant & Aid Assessment, P.O. Box 5688, Lincoln,
Nebraska, 68505.
