PIC Volunteer Opportunities

Chesed
A coordinator and committee that responds to events within our high school "family" -celebration, recognition, sympathy, support- by handling the associated correspondence, (bereavement meals, cards, and/or donations), as appropriate.

Grade Parent Representative
One overall coordinator plus two parents per grade are needed to act as a communication link between the faculty/ administration and parents, to secure volunteers for grade related projects and to facilitate social and/or informative programming for parents.

Holiday Celebrations/Faculty Recognition
A coordinator and committee that will organize luncheons, parties or other gatherings to celebrate holidays, as well as a way to acknowledge our hard-working faculty and staff

General Support
A coordinator and committee to assist on a routine or as-needed basis for non-specific projects

Alumni Relations
A coordinator and committee to maintain periodic communication with alumni and alumni families

Evening of Honor
Assist with the Evening of Honor, The Weber School's largest fund raising event. Opportunities include: Ad Journal solicitation, phone-a-thons and on-site support the day of the event.
