Peace by Piece 2023-2024
On a beautiful day in early September, new members of Peace by Piece, representing Weber, WD Mohammed, and Marist Schools, gathered for their opening meeting at East Lake Park. Led by Jeff Goldberg from Live and Learn Consulting, who has worked with Peace by Piece on team building for over a decade, students participated in various team-building and leadership development exercises. Future events planned for Peace by Piece, which operates under the auspices of the Faith Alliance of Metro Atlanta, are full-day gatherings hosted by each of the three schools aimed to inspire interfaith education, dialogue, and open conversations.
This year’s Peace by Piece members, guided by faculty member Drew Cohen, are Aaron Berman, Gavi Diamant, Hannah Mandel, Audrey Schultz, and Frank Silverman.
The Weber School
The Weber School, a Jewish Community high school serving students from all Jewish backgrounds, prepares students for success in college and in life with comprehensive academic and co-curricular programs that inspire student exploration, leadership, and Jewish social consciousness.
