Hot on the heels of Am Yisrael Live, Weber students took the stage once again, this time for a three-show run of All Shook Up. Filled with Elvis hits, big performances, and plenty of heart, the production marked Weber Theatrical’s largest show to date, with 17 cast members and 13 crew members bringing it to life.
Performed in the Tzadik Performing Arts Center, All Shook Up made full use of the space, with choreography that engaged the audience and kept the action moving around the room. The production was packed with memorable design details, including an actual jukebox and motorcycle that helped bring the show’s world to life.
The show carried some especially meaningful full-circle moments, too. In her director’s note, Elissa Marele reflected on first directing All Shook Up in 2013, when the student who played Natalie was Erin Leigh Knowles. This spring, Knowles returned to help choreograph Weber’s production, a fitting reminder of the way theatre connects l'dor v'dor (through generations).
This production was also the final Weber show for five seniors: Drew, Bram, Daryn, Avery, and Noah (pictured above, L to R). Weber honored them with a heartfelt tribute that included speeches from underclassmen, along with flowers, cards, and signed posters. Their time, talent, and heart helped shape Weber Theatrical, and this final performance made that legacy easy to see.
And like the concert that came just before it, All Shook Up was tied to something larger than the stage itself. Proceeds from the production supported Weber’s ongoing Am Yisrael Live fundraiser benefiting Yemin Orde Youth Village, adding another layer of purpose to a joyful and energetic run. The Weber School is grateful to the Mand Family, proud sponsors of Weber Theatrical throughout the 2025-2026 academic year, whose support helped make this season possible and reflects one of the many ways our community members can champion the programs that matter to their family.
