Begin your Application to The Weber School

Weber's application process

is entirely online with sections for both parent and student to complete. Your application can be saved and resumed later if the Parent and Student sections need to be completed at different times.

  • New Parents

    Follow the steps below to access the application. You already have an account created for you, using your email, and you will be prompted to create a new password for that existing account. 
    1. Follow this link to the application
    2. Enter your email address where indicated and click "next"
    3. Follow the steps to create your password
    Once your password is established, you will be taken to an admissions checklist where you can begin the application process. You will need to complete checklist items listed below and in the online checklist:

    1.   Written application form with separate parent and student sections to complete.

    2.    3 recommendations
           a. Current Math teacher
           b. Current English teacher
           c. Current Guidance Counselor

    Click on each individual checklist recommendation and insert the name and email of the appropriate individual. This individual will then be sent an email with a link to an online recommendation form.

    3. School records: Prospective parents do not need to complete this item. The Weber School directly requests these from your child(ren)'s school.

    4. Immunization record: Please upload a copy of the form from your child’s pediatrician.

    5. Birth certificate: Please upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate.

    6. If your child has ever had Psych-Ed testing, an IEP or a 504-accommodation plan, please upload copies of each complete report.

    7. Your child's social security number. Please call the admissions office at 404-917-2500, extension 131 and share that information with our Admissions Director.

Monday, February 9, 2026: Tuition Assistance application deadline

Friday, February 27, 2026
: Online written application and online checklist completed

Sunday, April 5, 2026: Admissions decisions emailed

Wednesday, April 15, 2026: Intent to Enroll form returned and Enrollment contract completed with registration deposit
