Kol Hakavod

Kol Hakavod to juniors and seniors in Honors Writing for Publication II, who spent a recent weekend morning volunteering to read with Los Niños Primero students from first through fourth grade and help them create their own stories through oral storytelling, picture stories, and traditional narrative writing. Hands-on service is a meaningful part of Weber’s writing honors diploma distinction, alongside a rigorous writing practice and travel experiences that push students to grow as writers and leaders.

A special thank you to Los Niños’ Jeannie Adams Myers, Ed.S., Director of Academics & Outreach, for coordinating with Weber Writing Project Director Vanessa Reid and making this opportunity possible.
