teen Mental Health First Aid coffee: Parents of Sophomores/Seniors

Weber is excited to once again offer teen Mental Health First Aid (tMHFA) training to all sophomore and senior students. tMHFA is an evidence-based training that teaches teens how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in their friends and peers. The training gives teens the skills they need to have supportive conversations with their friends and emphasizes the importance of getting help from a responsible and trusted adult.

To help introduce this content and help you better connect with your senior or sophomore, Weber Student Support Faculty, along with clinicians from our partners at Jewish Family and Career Services (JF & CS) and BeWellATL invite you to attend a special parent coffee on Tuesday, October 28, 8:30-9:30am.

Please join us for a morning of connection and conversation on how you can discuss this series with your student and to learn more about how Weber and JF & CS are partnering to support the Atlanta Jewish community's mental wellbeing.

RSVP for the coffee morning, hosted Tuesday, October 28 at 8:30am HERE!
