The Weber School Mock Trial team finished their season at the District level competition this past weekend, where they put in a strong showing in the highly competitive Atlanta region. Several team members were recognized for their outstanding performance, with Ethan Wolkin and Izzy Wachter winning "Best Witness awards" and Jordan Joel receiving "Best Attorney."
The Weber School Mock Trial team members include Joey Bardack, Jessica Covin, Elliott Furie, Naomi Furie, Sarah Ginsberg, Ari Gordon, Jordan Joel, Samuel Lebowitz, Ella Schultz, Izzy Wachter, Ethan Wolkin, Daniella Zalik, and Arianna Zalik. The team was spearheaded by attorney coaches Marc Bardack, Marci Joel, and Helen Zalik and guided by faculty advisor Joe Worthen.
The Weber School, a Jewish Community high school serving students from all Jewish backgrounds, prepares students for success in college and in life with comprehensive academic and co-curricular programs that inspire student exploration, leadership, and Jewish social consciousness.
