Yartzeit for Eitan Force z"l, Class of 2023
The Weber community will observe Eitan Force's Yartzeit (day of memorial) during the afternoon X block.
- Current Weber students, faculty and staff, as well as Weber alumni of the Class of 2023 who live locally or who will be in town on Monday, are invited to congregate in Weber’s new theater at the conclusion of Block 4. The service will begin at 3:00 p.m.

The program will begin with a brief Mincha (afternoon) service and feature Weber students who will reflect on Eitan’s life and legacy as well as his impact on the lives of his family, friends, and our school community. The service will conclude with the recitation of El Maleh Rachamim (Memorial Prayer) and the Mourner’s Kaddish. We recognize that this anniversary will elicit a range of emotions for members of The Weber School community. Ms. Jordan Crawford and Mrs. Rosie Grinzaid, Director and Associate Director of the Office of Student Support and Wellness, will offer alternative options for students who may prefer to acknowledge Eitan’s Yartzeit in a more intimate or private setting.
