Daily Arrival and Departure

Procedures for Morning Check-In
  • Students may arrive on campus beginning daily at 7:30 AM
  • Upon arrival, all students will have a temperature and mask check at kiosks supervised by medical staff
  • Students will be asked to answer questions upon arrival each day regarding any possible symptoms and exposure to Covid-19
  • Students who arrive in advance of the first block will be directed to a supervised location on campus where they will wait at a socially distanced work station until the start of classes at 8:30 AM
Procedures for Afternoon Programming and Departure
  • Students who do not have an X block meeting or program and who are not participating in after-school programming will be dismissed to go home. Students waiting for their afternoon pick-up will be directed to a socially distanced work station until their pick-up has arrived.
  • Athletics: Athletic practices will begin at 4:00 PM Student-athletes who do not have an X block appointment will report to the location of their athletic practice immediately following the last academic block of the day.
  • Co-curricular Activities (e.g. Theatre, Music): Co-curricular programming will begin at 4:00 PM. Students who participate in theatre, music, or other co-curricular programming who do not have an X block appointment will report to their program immediately following the last academic block of the day.
