Mock Trial Team Finishes Third!

Following their triumphant victory as the 2024 Regional Champions, The Weber School Mock Trial team continued to showcase their exceptional skills at the District Competition in Jonesboro, securing a commendable third-place finish. The team's dedication and hard work were evident in their performance, with Kayla Furie and Ethan Wolkin both honored with the "Outstanding Witness" award, and Elliott Furie receiving the "Outstanding Attorney" award not once, but twice.

The competing students at the District level included Joey Bardack, Jessica Covin, Elliott Furie, Kayla Furie, Haiden Jacoboff, Jagger Kaye, Jordan Keilin, Miley Lev, Jackson Powers, Nuriel Shimoni, and Ethan Wolkin. Guided by faculty advisor Josh Corin and supported by attorney coaches Marc Bardack, Marci Joel, and Helen Zalik, the Mock Trial team continues to excel and represent The Weber School with distinction.

Kol Hakavod to the entire Mock Trial team on their impressive accomplishments, and we look forward to seeing their continued success in future competitions.
